Implement one MES platform across the factory.
Consolidation of functionalities under one MES system.
Allowing multiple clients (equipment) to connect with CAMSTAR seamlessly.
Device a common solution for reporting based on SAP BO

Solution

CAMSTAR Semiconductor Suite implemented.
Integration of Recipe Management into Semisuite.
Integration of Equipment Management Modules (Equipment Status Change/Equipment PM Maintenance /Equipment Constraint System) into Semisuite.
Standalone applications functionalities consolidated into CAMSTAR.
All the reports are consolidated in Camstar BI using SAP BO.
Equipment communications were integrated through Camstar WCF calls.
Master and WIP data migration from existing apps to Semisuite system.
